 4 Ham wrapped in a cloth, preserved without nitrite, with 25% less salt.
 100 Arugula
 8 Fresh fig
 200 Fresh goat cheese
 150 Candied tomato
 4 Olive oil
 3 Balsamic vinegar

Rinse the figs and cut them into quarters.

Place the arugula on a serving platter.

Add the pieces of figs, the sun-dried tomatoes, as well as small dollops of fresh goat cheese made with two teaspoons.

Cut the slices of ham into even strips, roll them up, and place them gently on the salad.

Pour the olive oil and balsamic vinegar into a small bowl, season with salt and pepper, then whisk vigorously with a fork.

To finish, pour the sauce over the salad and enjoy.
