A very indulgent and autumnal tart made with just a few ingredients!
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Peel your apples and cut them into quarters! Remove the core and then slice them lengthwise while keeping their shape.
Place the dough (flat) in a large pan or baking sheet, then spread the chestnut jam, leaving about a 3 cm space around the edge of the dough. Arrange the slices of apple on top of the chestnut jam, spreading them out slightly. If it's too complicated, you can arrange them like a classic pie, in a spiral. 😊
Fold the dough in a rustic way. Brush the edges of the dough with milk or beaten egg yolk, then sprinkle with sliced almonds.
To finish, bake for about 30 minutes or until the crust is golden. Let cool on a rack! ➡️ If you used parchment paper, remember to remove it so that your crust stays crispy.
