Pour the white bread flour and water into a mixing bowl or the bowl of your mixer.
Knead with a mixer or by hand until the dough comes away from the bowl.
Add the apples and nuts at the end of the kneading.
Let the dough rest at 30-35°C for 30 minutes or at room temperature for about 1 hour (until it doubles in volume).
Shape your bread.
Let rest at room temperature until doubled in volume.
Preheat your oven to 230°C by placing the baking tray on the lowest rack.
Make slashes on your bread.
At the moment of placing it in the oven, pour a small glass of water onto the drip tray and immediately close the oven door.
To finish, let it cook for 10 minutes, then reduce to 180°C. Continue cooking for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the bread. This recipe can also be made in a bread machine.
