Apple and raisin cake, quick, easy, and delicious!
Pour the egg, salt, 70 g of sugar, and vanilla sugar into a mixing bowl and whisk well.
Pour the oil into the mixing bowl and mix, then add the yogurt and lemon, and mix. Add 150 g of flour and the baking powder, mix, and pour the mixture into a greased and floured tart pan.
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and spread them over the mixture along with the raisins.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
To finish, upon leaving the oven, brush with jelly (grape, quince, raspberry, etc.). Enjoy cold or warm with a bit of powdered sugar.
