Here is a recipe for appetizer bites with floraline, ideal for an aperitif. This recipe, made with floraline, milk, carrot, leek, onion, cauliflower, and grated cheese, is really easy to make, healthy, and truly delicious.
Peel and grate all the vegetables using a food processor, then cook them gently in a skillet with some fat.
In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil and pour in the Floraline. Cook on low heat without stopping to stir for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetables and continue to cook gently while stirring for another 2 minutes. Add the seasoning.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Incorporate half of the grated cheese into the mixture and pour it into a metal dish.
To finish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the dish and bake for 25 minutes. This cold preparation can be cut into cubes and served as an appetizer.
