Here is the recipe for almond milk pancakes with vanilla and bitter almond for a delicious and infinitely almond-flavored result.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Split the vanilla pod in half and add the seeds to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
In another bowl, pour in the oil, add the egg, then mix before pouring in the almond milk.
Pour the liquid mixture into the solid mixture, stirring well to avoid lumps.
Heat a non-stick skillet. Once it's hot, pour in a scoop of batter.
As soon as small holes appear on the surface, flip the pancake and cook for a few more seconds. Continue this until the batter is used up.
To finish, enjoy with some honey or maple syrup.
