Here is a recipe for a flatbread with brie and caramelized apples, topped with fresh cream and golden onions, perfect for lunch or dinner. This recipe, made with apples and yellow onions, is easy to prepare and healthy to enjoy.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C for convection). Slice the onions into thin half-moons. Cut the apple into quarters. Remove the core and slice each quarter into thin slices.
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions and apple for 10-12 minutes with a pinch of salt, or until the apple is tender and golden.
Meanwhile, cut the cheese into thin slices.
In a bowl, make a vinaigrette by mixing a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, add the salad, then mix.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the cream with a spoon. Top with onions and apple, then arrange the slices on top. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 8-10 minutes.
Finally, cut the tart into pieces. Serve them with the salad on the plates.
