 1 Pineapple pieces in syrup
 120 Soft butter
 100 Powdered sugar
 3 Eco Egg
 170 Eco+ flour
 5 Baking powder

Preparation of the ingredients Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Separate and set aside the syrup from the pineapple pieces.

Preparation of the dough In a mixing bowl, mix the butter and sugar using a spatula, then add the egg yolks and mix. Combine the sifted flour, almond flour, and baking powder in a small bowl. Incorporate half of this mixture into the dough.

Add 120 ml of pineapple syrup and the pineapple pieces, then the rest of the flour-almond mixture. Whip the egg whites and gently fold them in.

Assembly and baking Pour the mixture into a round mold. Bake for 55 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
