Ingredients
 4 MSC Cod fillet
 2 Avocado
 1 Radishes
 1 Orange
 1 Cucumber
 200 Bean
 1 Lemon
 150 Cherry tomato
 200 Rice
 Sesame seeds
 Flake salt
 Salt
 Pepper

Thaw and drain the cod fillets and set aside. Cut the avocado into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.

Cut the orange, cucumber, radishes, and tomatoes into slices. Cook the beans for 5 minutes in salted boiling water.

Cook the rice for 10 to 12 minutes in a large amount of salted water. Season the cod with salt and pepper, then pan-fry on high heat for 4 minutes on each side.

To finish, arrange everything in a large bowl or a deep plate, separating the elements, add a pinch of sea salt and a few sesame seeds.
