"Bowls" are the trend of the moment in cooking. A delicious mix of colors and flavors in bowls that can be composed according to your desires. This recipe is made with cod for protein, fruits and vegetables for a boost of vitamins, and rice to feel satisfied. It is generous, easy to prepare, and very healthy.
Thaw and drain the cod fillets and set aside. Cut the avocado into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.
Cut the orange, cucumber, radishes, and tomatoes into slices. Cook the beans for 5 minutes in salted boiling water.
Cook the rice for 10 to 12 minutes in a large amount of salted water. Season the cod with salt and pepper, then pan-fry on high heat for 4 minutes on each side.
To finish, arrange everything in a large bowl or a deep plate, separating the elements, add a pinch of sea salt and a few sesame seeds.
