Drain the tuna, saving the oil for later use! Flake the hard-boiled egg. In a deep plate, place the tuna, the crushed hard-boiled egg, the mayonnaise, and the spirulina, and mix everything together. Adjust the seasoning after tasting.
In the bottom of each mini quiche, place a mini teaspoon of turmeric mustard. Then add a generous tablespoon of tuna salad and a dollop of mayonnaise. Top with a small slice of minced black garlic. Set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
To finish: The tuna salad is a bit green, which may bother some people... Just avoid putting the spirulina powder in the tuna salad and add spirulina flakes as a decoration!
