 10 Raw cocoa butter

In a small saucepan, bring water to 70° (just below boiling) and set aside off the heat.

Put the cacao butter with the water in a small bowl, then place this bowl over a pot containing hot water (double boiler method). Stir until the mixture is melted, while ensuring that the temperature remains well below 42°C. Add the raw mesquite, then mix everything thoroughly until a smooth preparation is obtained.

Finally, let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature to achieve an optimal spreadable consistency. This spread is very flavorful thanks to its pleasant nutty taste... a delight for the taste buds!
