To celebrate the first beautiful days, nothing is fresher than these grated radishes mixed with Greek yogurt and herbs, in the style of cucumber tzatziki. This one is the most appetizing pink you can imagine. Cheers!

Ingredients
 1 radish
 1 clove Garlic
 150 Greek yogurt (real)
 4 Dill
 4 Fresh mint
 ½ Paprika

Prepare the ingredients. Clean and dry the radishes. Peel and germinate the garlic. Chop the mint and dill leaves.

Grate the radishes. Grate the radishes and garlic together. Using a food processor makes the task much faster and results in a finer texture.

Mix Mix the radish and grated radish with the herbs, Greek yogurt, paprika, and a little salt. You can swap the Greek yogurt for cottage cheese.

Finishing Touches Keep this mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve and portion into attractive small containers. Serve with breadsticks or snack crackers. The grated radishes release some water while waiting, but simply mix everything one last time.
