Ingredients
 5 Quinoa
 1 Broccoli
 150 Peas
 1 Onion
 2 Egg
 1 Chicken bouillon cube
 1 Extra virgin organic olive oil with thyme and 2 lemons

Prepare the hard-boiled eggs.

Meanwhile, slice the onion. Sauté it in olive oil and add the quinoa.

Pour water generously over the quinoa with the broth cube.

Cook covered for 10 minutes.

Cut the broccoli into florets and add them to the quinoa with the peas.

Cover again and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Just before the end of cooking, add the corn.

Arrange everything on plates and add a half hard-boiled egg to each.

To finish, season with a drizzle of olive oil with thyme and two lemons, and serve well chilled.
