In a saucepan, melt 125 g of chocolate over low heat until you achieve a smooth texture. Remove from heat and add the softened butter cut into small pieces. Mix well.
Then add the sweetened condensed milk and 50 g of hazelnut powder.
Crumble the butter cookies. Incorporate them into the spread. Place in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
To serve at snack time, spread on organic madeleines with chocolate chips.
