Enjoy this clementine jam. A very quick and easy recipe! Perfect for using clementines that are no longer very pretty or that are sitting idle in the fruit bowl!
Peel the clementines, separate the segments, and cut them into pieces.
Pour the sugar and water into a saucepan, add the clementines and bring to a boil...
Let cook over high heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally...
To finish, remove from heat and pour into a previously sterilized jar if you want to preserve the jam for a longer time. Close the jar and flip it upside down to expel the air.
