    Very good accompanied by the mushroom fricassée with cream! However, the flan doesn't hold at all... Shouldn't we add a bit of flour to the mixture?? Or maybe my squash was overcooked? I don't know, so the presentation wasn't great but the taste was wonderful!

    very good recipe Made with butternut which, in my opinion, has more flavor. My suggestion: Be sure to let the squash drain well for a better consistency of the flan.

    I add nutmeg and serve it cold.
