Pomegranate Tzatziki Recipe

Very easy to make and refreshing in summer! You can dip sticks of carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, or raw cauliflower in it. A healthy and delicious recipe!

 2 Greek yogurt
 1 Pomegranate
 1 Cumin
 1 Paprika
 Salt
 Pepper
 ½ Onion

Place the two Greek yogurts in a ramekin.

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and add them to the yogurt. It's up to you to decide if there's enough to your taste.

Peel the onion, chop it into small pieces, and add them to the yogurt and pomegranate mixture.

Add the spices, then salt and pepper.

Chill. Serve at the last moment with vegetable sticks.

To finish, you can add a little bit of mint, cilantro, or others according to your taste.
