AuthorCategoryDifficultyBeginner

Hello everyone! Panna cotta remains my favorite dessert because not only is it easy to make in advance, but I haven't finished showing you this dessert in all its forms and flavors. Here is a special panna cotta as I used spirulina, which as you know has many health benefits!

Yields3 Servings
Prep Time5 minsCook Time5 minsTotal Time10 mins
Ingredients
 250 Liquid cream 30
 25 Fine sugar
 ¼ Kaffir lime powder
 1 Pistachio cream
 1 Gelatin
 Green Iranian pistachio
 Strawberry meringue crumble
Directions
1

In a saucepan, pour in the sour cream, spirulina, pistachio cream, and kaffir lime powder, and heat gently while stirring occasionally. Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water for 4 minutes.

2

After this time, drain the gelatin sheet and mix it into the cream. Then pour the cooked cream into the cups. Place in the fridge for 4 hours.

3

Before serving, sprinkle some green pistachios and strawberry crumble.

4

To finish, note that the spirulina powder dissolves a bit difficultly in the cream, so I blended it and strained it to remove the foam on the surface.
