Ingredients
 100 Melted butter
 50 Toasted pistachio oil
 200 Wheat flour
 1 Baking powder
 1 pinch Salt
 150 Sugar
 2 Egg
 1 Vanilla extract
 125 Raspberry
 40 Chopped pistachio

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, pistachio oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Incorporate this mixture into the previous one until you obtain a smooth dough.

Pour the batter into a 20×20 cm square pan.

Sprinkle the raspberries and chopped pistachios on top.

To finish, place in the oven and let cook for 30 minutes.
