A breakfast recipe.
Peel the bananas and cut them into rounds. Cut the 150 g of mango flesh into cubes. Arrange the fruit pieces flat on a plate and place everything in the freezer for 6 hours.
Cut the 150 g of pineapple flesh into pieces. Slice 4 thin rounds of lime from the middle of the fruit.
In the bowl of a blender, layer fresh pineapple chunks, mango, and frozen bananas. Drizzle with pineapple, mango, and lime nectar, add a splash of lime juice, and a few pinches of grated lime zest. Blend until a smooth mixture is formed with the consistency of sorbet.
To finish, serve in 4 bowls and decoratively add granola, chunks of pineapple, thin slices of mango, and rounds of kiwi and lime. Add pomegranate seeds and goji berries, and finish with mint leaves. Enjoy immediately.
