It had been a while since I last made pizza! I wanted to change things up with a more flavorful and spicy pizza... the pepperoni pizza with chorizo and blue cheese! You can substitute the blue cheese with other options if you'd like...
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips. Sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce over it, add the bell peppers, chorizo, and sliced cheese.
To finish, bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C.
