A brioche with an airy crumb, with slightly salty flavors of peanut butter, perfect for breakfast or a delicious snack!
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and let it rest for a few minutes. Sift the flours, add the sugar, the salt, and mix. Make a well, incorporate the melted butter, the egg, the warm milk, the orange blossom water, and finally the dissolved yeast. Mix and knead energetically, then let it rest for an hour. A bread machine can also be used (dough program) for this step.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Brush the entire surface (except the edges) with melted peanut butter, optionally using a brush.
Roll the dough onto itself and cut it into pieces a few centimeters long. Place them gently in a tall-sided mold and let rise again for half an hour.
Brush the top with warm milk using a brush.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Finally, let cool for a few moments before unmolding and serving with a hot drink or fresh fruit.
