Pastrami Truffle Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
 4 rice paper
 8 pastrami
 100 truffle cream cheese
 100 Button mushroom
 40 young arugula salad

Prepare the rice paper. Boil water in a pot. Position the rice paper above the steam for 5 to 10 seconds. Place the rice paper on a damp cloth.

Prepare the truffle cream cheese. Mix 75 g of cream cheese with 25 g of truffle paste. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the mushrooms into thin slices.

To finish, on the damp rice paper, place two slices of pastrami, 25g of truffle cream cheese, romaine lettuce, and arugula sprouts. On the upper part of the rice paper, arrange the slices of mushrooms nicely. Then, roll the rice paper to form the spring roll!
