Peel the garlic clove and chop it. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the chopped garlic and mushroom slices, salt, and pepper. Let cook for a few minutes; the mushrooms will release their moisture. Add the cooked pasta, then the ricotta. Mix well, allowing the ricotta to melt slightly to create a creamy sauce, and add a bit of chili powder to taste.
Finally, adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
