A delicious pasta recipe with cream, vegan substitute, capers, and arugula. The vegan substitute has a flavor similar to tuna.

 1 Red onion
 100 Capers
 50 Arugula
 2 Olive oil
 80 Fresh cream
 2 Lemon
 Salt

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Drain the capers. Crumble the plant-based alternative using a fork.

Wash the lemons in hot water and cut one half into slices. Squeeze the juice from the other half.
