One of my favorite desserts, among many others..., is panna cotta. I continue to enhance it, and here, with this topping of excellent candied fruits, the delight for the eyes and taste buds is guaranteed!

Ingredients
 400 sour cream 30
 4 cups milk jam
 2 gelatin
 3 cups clementine jam

In a saucepan, pour in the clementine jam with the heavy cream and heat over low heat, mixing occasionally. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 4 minutes.

After this time, squeeze the gelatin sheets and mix them into the cream.

Place a layer of dulce de leche in each jar. Then pour the cooked cream into the jars. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Before serving, arrange some segments of candied tangerines.
