 4 cloves Garlic
 1 Lemon
 30 Paprika

Marinade preparation: Mix the chopped garlic, lemon juice, spices, washed and chopped parsley, and chopped fresh ginger. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation of the chicken Place the chicken in a deep dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 12 hours. Occasionally turn the chicken to ensure it is well coated with the marinade.

Cooking Bake the chicken in the oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes (plan for 30 minutes per pound of chicken).
