Today, I propose a dish made with chicken thighs. Easy and quick to prepare, it is perfect for the week when you don’t have much time to dedicate to cooking.

 6 Chicken thighs
 2 Chopped fresh parsley
Marinade
 6 Sweet paprika
 1 Garlic powder
 1 Coarse salt
 ½ Pepper
 ¼ Espelette pepper
 1 Sugar
 ½ Lemon (juice)
 3 Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C, static heat.

In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.

Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and brush them with marinade using a silicone brush.

Bake and cook for 40-45 minutes or until they are nicely golden. If they brown too quickly, you can lower the oven temperature a bit.

Remove from the oven, drizzle with the cooking juices, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

To finish, serve immediately with the garnish of your choice.
