 250 Chickpeas cooked in their natural state, a little for serving.
 1 clove Garlic
 3 sesame puree
 3 Fruity olive oil
 2 pure lemon juice
 Sea salt
 1 Crispy quinoa chickpea gluten-free toast

Pour the chickpeas with the peeled and germ-free garlic clove into the bowl of a blender. Blend roughly. Add the sesame paste, oil, and lemon juice. Salt to taste. Blend again until you achieve a smooth puree, adding a little water as needed for a creamy consistency.

Pour the hummus into a bowl, drizzle with a splash of olive oil, and sprinkle with a few chickpeas.
