Enjoy this organic hummus with chickpeas.
Pour the chickpeas with the peeled and germ-free garlic clove into the bowl of a blender. Blend roughly. Add the sesame paste, oil, and lemon juice. Salt to taste. Blend again until you achieve a smooth puree, adding a little water as needed for a creamy consistency.
