Put the baking soda and lemon juice in the pot. Once the baking soda is dissolved, add 2 liters of water and the pasta.
Place in the appliance, set to pressure, low temperature, for 0 minutes.
When the pressure is finished, wait 14 minutes. In the meantime, mix the breadcrumbs and butter in a bowl. After the 14 minutes, place the pressure lid in the vent position.
When there is no more steam, add all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs and the butter. Then cover the pasta with the breadcrumb-butter mixture.
Close the lid, select AIR CRISPS at a temperature of 180°C, and turn it on for 7 minutes.
To finish, serve immediately with a green salad at the end of the timer.
