 1 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Curry
 1 Cumin
 ¼ Cayenne pepper
 1 Bell pepper
 125 Blonde Anjou quinoa
 125 Red Anjou Quinoa
 375 Vegetable broth
 1 Chickpeas
 2 Kale stems
 Salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a large saucepan.

Add the onion and garlic and let cook for 4 minutes until they are very tender.

Add all the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Finally, lower the heat and let it cook on low for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
