We revisit the traditional rice pudding with this recipe: oats with milk and salted caramel. A pure delight!

Ingredients
 20 Egg yolk
 60 Milk
 20 Heavy cream
 60 Sugar
 Salted butter caramel sauce
 Vanilla

Heat the milk and cream with the vanilla until simmering.

Add the oats, the sugar, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring.

Remove from heat, add the egg yolk and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.

Finally, fill the jar by alternating layers of pasta in milk and salted caramel sauce. Serve hot or cold.
