Ingredients
 2 Braeburn apple
 120 Semolina sugar
 100 Flour
 2 Egg
 120 Chopped walnut pieces (keep 6 for decoration)
 15 Fresh cream
 ½ Baking powder
 Dark cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs, add the sugar, and mix well with a whisk. Then gradually incorporate the cream, the coarsely chopped nuts, and finally the flour with the baking powder. Work everything together with the whisk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.

Peel and core the apples; cut them into small cubes and fold them into the mixture. Pour everything into a well-buttered cake pan with a diameter of 20 cm.

To finish, bake for about 35 minutes. Let cool before unmolding. Dust the cake with dark chocolate and decorate with the reserved nut halves.
