 500 Extra fine semolina
 1 Sugar
 2 Baker's yeast
 250 Water

Start by pouring half of the flour, the salt, the yeast, the sugar, and the warm water into a mixing bowl and mix until you obtain a sticky dough.

Add the other half of the flour and mix again.

Flour a work surface and take the dough in your hands before throwing it onto the surface to spread it out. Repeat this step 10 times before your dough is ready.

Grease a bowl and place the dough in it, then cover it to let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Shape 4 balls and flatten them into patties 2 cm high, then let them rise under a cloth for 30 minutes.

Finally, heat a pan and cook the patties until they are golden brown on both sides.
