Discover my quick and easy homemade Neptune pizza recipe. Here it's a Neptune pizza, but you can also adapt it to your preferences.
Prepare your pizza dough and let it rest for one hour.
Prepare your sauce: Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Add olive oil, salt, and place them over low heat. Once the sauce is ready, turn off the heat and add thyme.
After that, preheat the oven for 15 minutes (180°C) and spread your dough in a tray. Add some sauce and place it in the oven.
To finish, once it's ready, add cheese and put it back in the turned-off oven just to melt the cheese. Finally, add olives, capers, tuna, and hard-boiled eggs for decoration.
