This nectarine clafoutis is very easy to prepare and requires only a few ingredients. For a lovely presentation and added freshness, fresh nectarine slices are placed on top of the mixture.
Mix the eggs, sugar, and flour. Then gradually add the milk. Pit and chop 3 nectarines. Incorporate these 3 nectarines into the mixture.
Butter and flour a mold and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
To finish, cut the remaining nectarines into wedges and arrange them in a circle on top of the baked and cooled clafoutis.
