Ingredients
 15 Zucchini
 200 Tomato flesh
 400 Ground beef
 100 Grated cheddar
 2 Olive oil
 2 Mustard
 4 Black balsamic vinegar
 Salt

Preheat the oven to 230°C (210°C for fan ovens). Cut the zucchini into 5 mm cubes.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the zucchini, ground beef, and ½ teaspoon of Italian spices per person for 5-7 minutes. The meat should no longer be pink and the zucchini should be almost cooked. Crumble the meat with a spatula and stir regularly. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

To finish, place the naans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the passata on the naans, leaving a 5 mm border. Place the zucchini and the ground beef on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and ½ teaspoon of Italian spices per person. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake everything in the upper part of the oven for 6-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
