The savory version of a dessert that I love.

Ingredients
 500 White mushroom
 130 Sour cream
 2 turkey fillets
 10 white wine
 1 Butter
 240 Flour
 60 Gruyere
 120 Butter
 120 Milk
 2 baking powder
Directions
1

Start by cutting the turkey fillets into small pieces. Cut off the ends of the mushroom stems, wash them in water, and then cut them into small wedges.

2

Heat a small knob of butter in a skillet over high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the pieces of turkey and sauté for 5 minutes, turning them halfway through. Then reduce the heat and add the mushrooms. Cover and let the mushrooms cook down for 10 minutes. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the white wine and cream and mix.

3

While the mushrooms are cooking, prepare the cobbler dough. Place the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the softened butter and mix until you achieve a sandy texture. Then add the milk and mix. Finally, add the cheese and mix until it is well distributed throughout the dough.

4

To finish, transfer the mushroom preparation to a baking dish, making sure to pour in all the juices. Take the cobbler dough, divide it into 6 pieces. Flatten them roughly and place them on top of the mushroom mixture. Then bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
