Ingredients
 300 Ground meat
 4 Eggplant
 400 Peeled tomato
 1 clove Garlic
 2 Tomato paste
 4 Olive oil
 Provence herbs
 Paprika
 Salt
 100 Grated cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and slice the eggplants into thin slices of about 1/2 cm. Then place them in a bowl covered with water and coarse salt and let them drain for 15 minutes.

Peel and cut the onion and garlic clove into quarters. Place in the bowl of the blender and blend for 5 seconds at speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Add a drizzle of olive oil to the bowl and cook for 5 minutes at 90°C on speed 1. Add the ground meat and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 1. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, and season.

Drain the eggplants before placing them in the steaming basket. Set for 25 minutes at 100°C on simmering speed.

In a large dish, arrange the slices of eggplant to create a first layer, cover with meat and tomato sauce, then add another layer of eggplant until the ingredients are used up, finishing with eggplant. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Finally, bake for 25 minutes and serve with salad.
