Moroccan marinade with lemon and herbs
 ¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
 1 Lemon zest
 ¼ cup lemon juice
 2 ground cumin
 2 ground coriander
 2 paprika
 2 cloves Minced garlic
 1 Salt
 ½ pepper
 ¼ red pepper flakes
Grilled chicken skewers
680 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into pieces of 2.5 cm.
2 Red peppers, cut into large pieces
1 Red onion, cut into large pieces
Directions
1

Moroccan marinade with lemon and herbs: Mix the oil, coriander, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

2

Grilled chicken skewers: Fill the vacuum-sealed container with chicken and marinade; turn the valve to the marinade mode, connect the vacuum machine, and press the marinade button.

3

Let the machine run a 12-minute cycle to soak the chicken in the marinade.

4

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat; grease it well. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Thread the chicken, red bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 15 to 20 minutes beforehand to prevent burning).

5

Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is grilled and thoroughly cooked. (You can also grill the skewers on a baking sheet lined with foil.)

6

To finish Tip: Use this marinade for chicken, seafood, lamb, pork, and vegetables before grilling or roasting them.
