Preheat your oven to 220°C using conventional heat. Cut out circles of 9 cm and place them on turned-over mini muffin molds. Bake for 10 minutes. Peel and chop the clove of garlic.
Cut the figs into pieces and mix with goat cheese and cream cheese (set aside a few pieces), add the garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
To finish, fill the cups with goat cheese, add arugula and a few pieces of figs. Drizzle with olive oil.
