 350 Rhubarb
 200 Sugar
 2 Egg
 10 Milk
 100 Flour

Peel the rhubarb and let it sit with 100 g of sugar for a short while.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 50 g of sugar, and the 2 eggs. Mix. Add the milk and then mix again.

Drain the rhubarb.

Pour half of the batter into a greased mold. Arrange the rhubarb and then cover with the remaining batter.

Place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.

To finish, sprinkle the clafoutis with the remaining sugar and return to the oven for 20 minutes.

    Rhubarb Clafoutis It is excellent; my partner and I loved it. My suggestion: I thought adding the rest of the sugar after cooking for 10 minutes would be too much, but in the end, it's excellent and it caramelizes. It's a very good recipe.

    A success You don't feel the acidity of the rhubarb at all, it's a success every time. My suggestion: I doubled the quantity because there were many of us, it's not the best solution (too much dough), it's better to make it in two batches.
