You will love this melon panna cotta recipe.
Place the jars in the refrigerator.
Pour the cream into a saucepan, bring to a boil, immediately remove from heat, add the sugar.
Soak the gelatin in cold water.
Drain the gelatin and then incorporate it into the still warm cream while stirring well.
Divide the panna cotta into serving glasses and keep them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
In a blender, put the melon and lemon juice along with a few mint leaves. Blend and divide into serving glasses.
To finish, add some diced melon and mint leaves on top.
