A completely orange recipe, creamy and smooth, but above all very refreshing!
Wash the apricots, then cut them into cubes. Remove the skin from the melon and cut the juiciest parts into pieces.
For each smoothie, place in the blender jar 1/2 banana, 2 apricots, and 4 to 5 pieces of melon.
Then pour 1 tablespoon of liquid sugar and 1 tablespoon of fresh cream, then add 2 to 3 ice cubes.
To finish, blend until a creamy consistency is achieved. Serve immediately.
