Cook the vegetable nuggets as indicated on the package.
Cut the feta into cubes, then marinate it in olive oil and thyme.
Preheat the oven to 220° C. Place the chopped zucchini and bell pepper in a dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15 minutes.
In a pan, heat the feta with its marinade, diced sun-dried tomatoes, and chickpeas.
On the tortillas, spread the tapenade, the grilled vegetables, and the chickpea mixture.
Add the nuggets, arugula, and some slices of red onion.
Roll the wraps tightly and cut them in half. Serve as an appetizer or a main dish, hot or cold, and enjoy!
To finish, the chef's tip: lightly moisten the tortillas and microwave them for a few seconds to make them easier to roll!
