Refreshing salad thanks to its marinade with Asian flavors!
Season the beef on both sides. Peel and finely chop the garlic. For the marinade: mustard, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, coriander leaves, and a few tablespoons of water. Add the garlic and the meat, and let marinate for 20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and salad to season it.
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Wash and trim the radishes. Rinse the corn.
Place the beef in a hot pan with its marinade. Remove the piece of meat, then deglaze the pan with lemon juice to release the browned bits. Cut the meat into strips.
To finish, mix the salad with the cherry tomatoes, radishes, corn, and lemon vinaigrette. Add the warm strips of meat, pouring in the deglazed cooking juices. Finally, sprinkle with cilantro and a few cashews.
