Put the mango and peeled bananas in a blender.
Add the lemon juice and blend for 30 seconds.
Scrape the walls of the blender with a spatula and blend again for 10 seconds.
Cut the cookies and the white chocolate into small cubes. Chop the pistachios with a knife.
To finish, divide the smoothie into 1 or 2 bowls and top with fresh coconut, diced cookies and white chocolate, then add raspberries, pistachios, and fresh herbs.
