A delicious recipe for Christmas spiced cookies with a low glycemic index suitable for everyone. This recipe is made with organic defatted almond flour prepared from whole almonds to retain maximum nutrients.

Ingredients
 140 Almond flour
 80 Coconut sugar
 1 Egg
 90 Butter
 1 Four spices
 3 Nutmeg
 1 pinch Baking soda

Preheat the oven to 150°C.

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Add the egg, the melted butter, and mix.

When the dough is smooth, form it into a ball and roll it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The dough should be about 5 mm thick.
